We Prepare the Cabinets for Pick-up
You Pick Up or We Deliver
To Qualify for Assembly Services:
If you can answer YES to these 3 questions you are eligible for our Assembly Services!
your RTA cabinet order is shipped directly from Conestoga Wood Specialties to our shop.
We Take Care Of:
Scheduling directly with the shipper
We will communicate with the freight carrier so don’t need to take time out of your busy schedule for a 4–8 hour delivery window.
Receiving, inspecting, and organizing the product
We will sign the Bill of Lading and carefully account for and inspect all items.
Initiating and tracking replacement claims (if applicable)
We will initiate and track any replacement claims due to missing items or shipping damage within the required 12-day claim period.
Disposing of shipping/packaging materials
It can be a lot! We’ll recycle and reuse what we can.
We professionally assemble your cabinets
What’s not included:
when your cabinets are ready for pickup
We’ll give you a call to let you know they’re ready.
We’ll inspect each cabinet and add a sticker to reflect that it passed inspection.
We’ll wrap your cabinetry for transit.
